    Very happy with the service provided by Framey. The glasses were all as described and arrived swiftly after order. Customer service was excellent and prompt. The return I made (nothing wrong, just didn't suit me), was processed quickly. Overall a great online shopping experience and highly recommended.

    Really good service

    I'm not going to lie, I was worried this might be a scam due to the very few reviews and gmail address, plus lack of proper tracking number, but they arrived, as described and Kai was actually very quick getting back to me when I queried the tracking number. So very happy and I got my prescription filled at Lensology, so now I have very cool glasses at specsaver prices.

    Second hand glasses, who knew!

    It was supper easy to and the website was really easy to use, I would highly recommend second hand glasses from frame swap,I saved so much money on a Chanel pair of glasses in amazing condition and got them reglazed at my local opticians for only £60.

    Fab unexpected find

    Didn’t know there was such a thing as Frame Swapping, so delighted to find this service. Ive looked at high end designer before but always out of my price. Kai offers a decent selection of high end designer frames. I was fortunate to be local and was able to see the range and try some out. I’m now the delighted owner of a pair of fabulous Gucci glasses at an amazing affordable price.
